Photo Contest Official Rules

Total prizes worth upto $2000

  • First Prize: $500 cash prize
  • Second Prize: $300 cash prize
  • Third Prize: $200 prize
  • Ten $100 Travel Certificates from eHome Holidays Inc. (total value $1000)

Criteria and rules

  • The organizer is eHome Holidays Inc.
  • Contest period from May 2010 to March 2011, any international travellers visiting Oregon are entitled to enter the photo contest. We welcome travellers from other tour companies, travelling on your own by car, bike, train, air, and even walking can participate. Regardless how you travel to Oregon, your chance to win will be the same.
  • To enter, visit www.oregonphotos.org and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration form and upload three photographs that illustrates one (1) of the following four (4) themes:
    1. Vacation Travel
    2. Nature / Scenic
    3. Family Fun
    4. People / Cultures
  • Photograph must be taken by the participant and hold the copyright of the photo.
  • In order to be fair, all travel professionals (including travel agencies, tour operators and wholesalers) are NOT eligible to participate.
  • Participant must provide his/her name, telephone number, email and address. If information given by the participant is unable to be verified by the Organizer, the participant will be disqualified.
  • Photographs must be in digital format. All digital files must be 5 megabytes or smaller, and must be in JPEG or .jpg format.
  • You don't have to be a professional photographer to participate.The winners will be selected based on the extent to which the photo captures the essence of the theme; impact and creativity; and composition, clarity and quality.
  • All submissions must be entered by May 31, 2011.
  • By entering a photo in this Contest, the participant grants a nonexclusive, transferable, royalty-free, license to edit, adapt and publish such photo in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest, and the Organizer may use the photo in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest for advertising, marketing and promotional purposes in commerce and in any and all media indefinitely without permission or further notification to the participant.
  • All participant must agree to receive travel information about Oregon from the Organizer and Sponsors.
  • The participant must agree with these criteria, official rules and final decision of the winners.
  • All winners' names will be posted in April 2011. All finalist will be invited to attend an award ceremony.
